Abstract

Today there are many opportunities that have not yet received their wide development. It can be exemplified by Ukrainian-Latvian cooperation in the field of astronomical and radio-astronomy research with Ventspils International Radio Astronomy Centre (VIRAC), the Institute of Radio Astronomy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (RI NASU; Odesa Observatory "URAN-4") and the Astronomical Observatory of Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University.
